Inspirisys Solutions Limited marked a defining milestone in its journey through its 30th anniversary — a day dedicated to honouring the people who have shaped the organisation over the past three decades. More than a commemorative event, it was a meaningful expression of gratitude for the contributions and shared vision that continue to power the company forward.
The full-day celebration, held at the company’s headquarters and echoed simultaneously across its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Kerala, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, brought together teams and leadership in a collective reflection on what has been built — and what lies ahead.
More than just a milestone in the company's journey, the event was thoughtfully curated as an experience for employees to reflect and reconnect. It featured dynamic employee-led performances, exclusive unveilings, interactive experiences, and addresses from senior leadership and global partners — all anchored in appreciation and unity.
The day began with a ceremonial lamp lighting, setting a tone of reverence and tradition. This was followed by a warm and inspiring address by Mr. Murali Gopalakrishnan, Executive Director and CEO, who emphasised the spirit of gratitude:
“What we’ve built isn’t measured by timelines or technology alone—it’s defined by the people who made it possible. Every milestone we’ve crossed, every solution we’ve delivered, and every challenge we’ve overcome have been made possible by your belief and unwavering sense of purpose. This celebration isn’t about the numbers—it’s about gratitude. This moment, this achievement, this milestone belongs to you.”
He also announced that June 8th will henceforth be celebrated as ‘Inspirisys Day’, an official observance to honour the legacy and contributions of its people.
The event included special virtual addresses from senior leadership at CAC Holdings Corporation, Japan — Inspirisys’ parent company — reaffirming the strength of the partnership and a shared commitment to long-term growth.
Mr. Ryota Nishimori, President and CEO of CAC Holdings Corporation, conveyed his appreciation and optimism:
“Since joining the CAC Group in 2014, Inspirisys has expanded our global footprint and adapted to the evolving technology landscape. This success is thanks to the dedication of the Inspirisys team, customers, partners, and stakeholders. I am confident that Inspirisys will continue to grow, innovate, and create a meaningful impact. Mr. Toshinobu Matsuhashi, Executive Officer and Senior General Manager, highlighted the alignment between Inspirisys’ growth vision and CAC’s long-term objectives:

Mr. Satoshi Iwanaga, who recently assumed the role of Chairman of Inspirisys, delivered a message of appreciation and hope for the future:

Entertainment took centre stage with a vibrant lineup, including a stand-up comedy performance, live singing by a professional band, electrifying dance acts, a cake-cutting ceremony, and a DJ night that brought everyone to their feet.
Adding a personal and lasting touch, the company unveiled a custom-designed wristwatch, gifted to every employee as a symbol of appreciation. The first sets were ceremonially presented to long-serving team members and internal trailblazers, honouring their contributions over the years.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Gopalakrishnan offered a vision grounded in collective purpose:
“While today is a celebration of the past, it’s also a springboard into the future.
