Senior Engineer - Finacle

Role Summary:

As a Finacle Customization Specialist, you will be responsible for tailoring the Finacle core banking solution to meet specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This role demands a deep understanding of the Finacle platform, banking processes, and the ability to implement custom features, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in customizing Finacle 10.x.
• Ability to analyze and assess customization requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in Finacle customization using Finacle tools.
• Strong knowledge of Finacle tables across all modules.
• Familiarity with Connect 24 and FI systems.
• Experience working with core banking and CRM modules.
• Contribute to the successful completion of individual milestones within the project.
• Willingness to work at client locations as required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Finacle customization and implementation within a banking or financial services environment.
• Expertise in Finacle scripting languages, PL/SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
