Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Infrastructure Services Sales Specialist to support our sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves business development, sales, and opening new accounts to achieve assigned services’ business targets for the territory, accounts, or vertical, operating as a single point of contact for any matters specific to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key account management, opening new accounts, and generating a healthy funnel in line with the services business targets assigned for the territory/accounts/vertical.
  • Forecasting and achieving monthly/quarterly business targets by offering IT services to enterprise customers.
  • Soliciting business for IT Infrastructure Managed Services, Data Center Management Services, End User Management Services, Remote Infrastructure Management Services, and Professional Services.
  • Generating new business and acquiring new logos through existing contacts, connections, and sources.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintaining good relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors to penetrate new accounts.
  • Negotiating business contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams (Presales, Delivery, Finance, etc.) and OEMs/partners to ensure customer needs are met and to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Understanding customer pain points in IT services and suggesting remedial measures that can create avenues for services business.
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account and opportunity status.
  • Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory by collaborating with pre-sales, delivery, and OEM partners.
  • Assisting the delivery team with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualification:

  • 10+ years of Experience in the field of IT Infrastructure Service Sales.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
