Role Summary:

As a Field Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to end-users within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all hardware-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting of Desktop, Printers, LAN, and VPN-related issues.
  • Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/Mail Client.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of application software.
  • Basic knowledge of Server OS.

Qualification:

  • 1+ years of experience in Field Desktop Support.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently.
