Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced desktop support engineer, proficient in setup, installation, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals. Skilled in network setup, including routers, switches, and firewalls, with a deep understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory. Extensive knowledge of MS Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting, coupled with experience in technical documentation and manual creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up desktops, computers, servers, peripherals, cameras, and testing network connections.
- Installing servers, laptops, and printers, including troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of installing routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding Microsoft services like Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals such as printers, laptops, and scanners.
Qualification:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services in the Mumbai, Goa, and Pune regions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
