Role Summary:

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across the organization. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Your responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing reports, managing documentation, and facilitating meetings to ensure alignment with project goals. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and schedule project timelines.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and logs.
• Good experience working with ITSM tool.

Qualification:

• Any UG/PG degree with 2+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
