Satoshi Iwanaga is the Chairman of Inspirisys Solutions Limited, bringing over four decades of experience in international markets, strategic risk management, and business leadership.

He graduated in 1983 with a degree in Liberal Arts from International Christian University in Japan and holds a postgraduate degree specialising in American Foreign Policy from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.

Throughout his career, Satoshi has held various leadership roles, including at the Industrial Bank of Japan, Mizuho Bank, Eurekahedge Pte. Ltd., Rakuten Securities Inc., and Optyworks Co. Ltd. His extensive expertise continues to drive growth and success across diverse sectors, leveraging his strategic insights to lead the organization toward its vision.

Toru Horiuchi is the General Manager of Corporate Department at CAC Holdings Corporation.

He has an expanded knowledge base and experience in Finance & Accounts of more than two decades.

Toru has been part of CAC Corporation since 2006 and has assumed various responsibilities till 2014, post which he played critical roles across Finance, Accounts, Audit, and group company governance at CAC Holdings Corporation.

Rajesh R. Muni completed his B. Com. (Hons.) in the year 1973 and pursued the course of Chartered Accountancy in India and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has undertaken Business Management Consultancy Studies at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has been in practice since 1978 and is the principal partner of the firm R R. Muni & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai. The firm provides professional services for conduct of audits, (statutory and internal), advises on accounting matters, management-related subjects, Company Law and secretarial work, Direct Taxes, etc. He has been a lecturer in various colleges and for students of Chartered Accountancy on subjects of Accounts, Income Tax Audit, etc. He has been a faculty at seminars of professional interests at different forums. He has also been the President of the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society during 2003-2004 and served the society in various capacities since 1992-1993. He has also been a chairman of Human Resources Committee, Membership & Public Relations Committee and a co-chairman of Accounting & Auditing Committee of the Society. He is associated with the activities of Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai in different committees for more than 20 years. He is a member of National Executive Committee of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.

M S Jagan completed his BE, from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1978 and PGDM, from IIM Ahmedabad in 1981. He commenced his post-engineering career with Tata Electric Companies and initiated his management career with Tata Administrative Services.

He has worked in the manufacturing, projects and service sectors for over 40 years for companies like ELGi, Sterling Holidays and Tatas.

His experience, as part of the Mahindra Group, includes implementation of the Mahindra World City project near Chennai. He has also been the CEO of Ascendas India, a Singapore-based Company, in the business of setting up IT Parks.

As an Independent Consultant for over 15 years in the field of Infrastructure, he has been responsible for various aspects of many projects from Master Planning, detailing for approvals including EIA and other aspects of SEZ and IT Parks. He has also been associated with financial structuring, project monitoring, implementation and marketing strategies for many projects.

He has been a visiting faculty in a Business School in Chennai and an Independent Director at Mahindra Integrated Township Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra Life Sciences.

Cauvery Dharmaraj is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources across the manufacturing, IT & ITES, social enterprise, and not-for-profit sectors. She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and her professional experience includes extensive work with companies in India, the UK, and the US.

As a co-founder of Kelsa Management Solutions, Cauvery’s expertise in people processes, organization design, and leadership development has earned her recognition in the HR community. She is also a certified HR competency assessor and executive coach. Cauvery is on the core committee of XL4W, the alumni arm that propels XLRI’s Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusive Leadership (CGEIL).

Cauvery passionately advocates for mental health and has played a key role in shaping corporate India's approach to mental health, notably through the NHRD’s Mind Matters campaign and her proprietary mental health maturity tool, Mind the Gap®. She is an accredited instructor in Standard Mental Health First Aid. Additionally, she is a Non-Executive Independent Board Member of ESAB India Ltd. and a board member of Mental Health First Aid India Pvt. Ltd.
