Throughout my 22 years at Inspirisys, I have discovered fulfilment in my work when entrusted with fresh and challenging responsibilities. Whether it's unravelling and rectifying intricate glitches that demand mindful involvement or being tasked with constructing a brand-new product using innovative methods, these endeavours provide a profound sense of accomplishment. I find genuine satisfaction in contributing to the company's success through these ventures, making each task a fulfilling journey within my professional trajectory.
Is there a specific project or achievement during your time at Inspirisys that fills you with pride?
I would describe my team as fun and encouraging. We not only work together effectively to achieve our goals but also find joy in the collaborative process. The atmosphere is one where everyone feels comfortable expressing their ideas. Encouragement is the basis of our interactions, fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere where each team member is motivated to bring their best to the table. Together, we celebrate successes, support each other through challenges, and make the workplace not just a productive space but also a fun and fulfilling one.
Have you encountered any challenges in your projects or daily work? How did you overcome them?
Challenges and obstacles are inherent in any job worldwide. I firmly believe that success is achieved by overcoming these hurdles. When faced with obstacles, I seek guidance from seniors or use mindful problem-solving techniques to explore various approaches, which has proven effective for me in addressing challenges. Maintaining an open mindset is crucial in overcoming obstacles.
What's the best feature of your organizational culture?
The most appealing aspect of Inspirisys' organizational culture is our celebrations. While these celebrations may not be too extravagant, they play a significant role as stress busters and strengthen bonds among our peers. Additionally, they foster a sense of togetherness, transforming the workplace into more of a family environment rather than just a group of employees under the organizational roof. The shared joy during these events enhances morale, promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere within Inspirisys.
What keeps you entertained when you're not at work?
Apart from work, I enjoy various leisure activities, including travelling, trying new cuisines, spending quality time with family, and catching up on my favourite cricket matches.
