Yes, absolutely. I was a district-level baseball player during my college days, and I participated in various intercollegiate competitions in football, cricket, and carrom. In cricket, my strength lies in being a wicketkeeper. Sports have always been a significant part of my life, providing countless opportunities to grow, learn, and excel.
Have you had any recent achievements outside of work?
Yes, I participated in the Inspirisys Premier Cricket League as the captain of the Hulk Hurricanes. We had a thrilling match against the winning team, Loki Legends. Although we were the runners-up, the experience was fascinating and felt like a victory. Our team never gave up until the end, and that determination was incredibly rewarding.
What's exciting and challenging about your role at Inspirisys?
As a Senior Software Engineer, my role involves both backend and frontend development, managing Oracle databases, and maintaining servers. The ever-evolving tech field keeps my work both exciting and challenging. I recall facing many hurdles during my initial days, but overcoming them has strengthened my skills and confidence.
What's the best feature of working at Inspirisys?
One of the best features of working at Inspirisys is the vibrant employee engagement activities. Festive celebrations are especially enjoyable, fostering a sense of fun and camaraderie in the workplace. Additionally, my colleagues are exceptionally supportive and always ready to offer prompt assistance whenever needed.
What's your leadership style?
As a leader, I strongly believe in instilling the quality of perseverance in my team. I make sure we never lose hope and fight till the last moment. Encouraging and motivating my team to give their best effort, even in challenging situations, is a key aspect of my leadership style. I firmly believe in recognizing and cherishing every effort that contributes to achieving our goals, whether in work, games, or personal life.
