Cricket is my greatest passion. It’s more than just a game; it’s my ultimate remedy for challenges and low moments. Beyond work, winning the Loki Legends championship in the Inspirisys Premier Cricket League a few months ago is one of my most cherished achievements. It was a beautiful moment that created lasting memories.
How do you spend your time when you're not working?
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends. Whether it's playing sports, having casual get-togethers, or simply chatting, being with friends helps me relax and recharge. It is important for me to be surrounded by my loved ones whenever I find time. Additionally, I love cooking. Experimenting with new recipes and preparing delicious meals brings me a lot of joy and satisfaction.
Describe your leadership style on the cricket field.
My leadership style on the field involves granting my players the full freedom to implement and execute their ideas effectively and efficiently. I believe in empowering the team to make decisions, which nurtures creativity and confidence.
What excites you about your current role at Inspirisys?
In my current role, I find excitement in identifying and resolving major bugs in the QuickTime application. Ensuring that the application runs smoothly and meets quality standards gives me a sense of accomplishment and contributes to the overall success of our projects.
What skills have you developed while working at Inspirisys, and how do you handle challenges?
I've developed strong automation testing skills, which have significantly enhanced my software testing abilities. When facing tight delivery schedules and client pressure, I remain calm and focused, which helps me manage stress and deliver high-quality results. Additionally, our vibrant organizational culture and the HR team's festival games create a positive work environment, helping me maintain balance during stressful times.
What does achieving victory mean to you?
Achieving victory means enjoying the process, making sacrifices, and dedicating oneself to the goal. It’s about the journey as much as the destination. These efforts make the path to success smoother and more fulfilling.
